Lark and Brinkley did a great job. Polite, pleasant and hardworking. Arrived exactly on time. They took special care to protect our deck which was refinished very recently. Also really loved how well your communications work. We received reminders about our appointment several times in advance and also when they were en route. Also received communication from the office the second they were finished. Crappy service sadly has become routine and expected in so many other industries—they need to take a page from you guys in how to do it right.
