"I don’t know where to start. I first discovered this company in mid 2024 after leasing a beautiful home in Bellingham, Washington. Needing the filthy windows washed, I asked several companies to stop by for a custom bid, which they were all to eager to do. Up drives the company marketing car and out hops the salesman. My windows were counted and a price was submitted. This took less than five minutes and no conversation. But I had just a couple of general questions. 1. Would the exterior window sills be cleaned, as they were quite dirty. No big thing, but if you have the hose out already, could you give the exterior sill a quick swipe? Answer: well it depends on which crew you get. Uh… huh? I pay full price however the level of cleaning depends on the crew I get that day? I could not believe this answer. Depends on the crew I get? What?!🤔 Noooo….. not how it works. Do I pay less if they aren’t in the mood to hose off the exterior sills, dark with dusty dirt? Nope. I pay for good service the same I pay for poor service🤯. You get what you get. No way to know what kind of mood your crew will be in that day. 😩 Oh man. I guess I’m too old for that kind of answer. Not for me. Then comes AJ with Wilson Windows, bid number 5. I ask him the same and he looks at me funny. And assures me that yes, the sills will be perfect. He seems confused that I would ask. 🤔 A young man, tuning a family business with generational pride I rarely see, his price was competitive and my instinct said go with him and his crew. 💰😁 I have rarely been so utterly thrilled with a vendor as I was with AJ and Wilson Windows. They were on time, unloaded sophisticated equipment, customized to their needs which, among other things, ionized water (whatever that is but it’s spotless) and proceeded to educate me in how glass should be cleaned. Their truck was customized with great care to support efficient work flow. Very cool. They did it themselves and it was sweet. I could see them out in their driveway tuning this set-up in. Old school. After their service, AJ personally inspected and touched up any window that needed attention and then insisted I inspect as well. Guys, I found nothing. Nothing to touch up. And I’m the woman who always finds something. The cleanliness inside and out was 100% perfect. The crew showed the utmost respect for the interior of my home, I felt safe and also felt that my property was never at risk; these guys are just beyond reproach. They wore booties, we’re just crazy respectful, chilled my cat. Just safe. I was safe. My stuff was safe. Research ionized water or call AJ. I can’t explain other than to say my large, rain pelted, NW windows resisted spots for months after the cleaning. I had them back as we left the property a year later and on my second experience with this company I was equally impressed. I’ve since moved to France but would use them exclusively were I in the US. Guys, this company is that good. Plus, oddly, we accidentally discovered we knew his mom, Kristy, who manages the vet clinic, Animial Care Clinic of Mt Vernon where we take our overly dramatic cat and she’s as awesome as is AJ. It must run in the family. Some kind of work ethic we just don’t see that much anymore. This is the first review I’ve ever written and I do so from Manou, France. Seriously, first review. But if you want the absolute real deal in old school customer service, call AJ. And Aj, if you’re reading this, count me in to invest in whatever you do next.
